Brett Hodges

    Brett Dee Hodges, 24, of Nampa, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 1991, at a Boise hospital as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Caldwell on Friday.  Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, North Caldwell Stake Center.  Bishop Paul H. McKnight of the Middleton 1st Ward will officiate with interment following at the Middleton Cemetery under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.  There will be a viewing for family members only.
    Brett was born May 29, 1966, at Caldwell, the son of Gordon and Kathryn Green Hodges.  Growing up in the Middleton area, Brett attended school in Middleton and was currently employed by the Middleton School District.  Brett loved the outdoors - hunting and fishing were his greatest hobbies.  He married his longtime sweetheart, Stacey McDaniels, June 7, 1989, and they were recently blessed with a son, Brandon Ray.  Brandon is just 10 months old.
    Brett was sensitive and kind to all he knew.  He will be greatly missed by the many family and friends who loved him.
    Survivors include his wife, Stacey, and son, Brandon; parents, Gordon and Kathryn Hodges of Caldwell; a sister, Jeanne, currently serving an LDS mission in Manchester, England; a brother, Jared, and his wife, Sophia, and their daughter, Emily of Salt Lake City, Utah; a brother and sister, Aaron and Amanda, both of Caldwell; and his grandparents, Merrill and NorRene Green, and Gene and Adella Hodges, all of Caldwell.
