Aaron
Ronald "Ron" Goff, 27, of Melba, died Monday, January 27,
1992, near Butte, Montana, from injuries sustained in a truck
accident. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m.
Friday, January 31, 1992, at the Alsip Funeral Chapel. Rev.
Ken Watson of the Homedale Bible Missionary Church will
officiate. Interment will follow in the Melba Cemetery.
Ron was born on March 28, 1964, at LaGrande, Oregon, to
Ronald and Sandra Goff. He was reared and educated in Homedale
and Harper, Oregon, graduating from Harper High School in
1982. After his schooling he entered the U.S. Navy. He was
honorably discharged in May of 1986 and moved to the Nampa
area. He married Catherine Buzzell on December 31, 1986, in
Emmett. In December of 1987 they moved to Melba where they
have since resided. Ron had been a volunteer for the Melba
Fire Dept. and the Melba E.M.T. He enjoyed the outdoors, but
his greatest love was being with and talking to his family and
his friends.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy of Melba; 3 daughters,
Amie, Samantha and Carrie Goff all at home; his father and
stepmother, Ron and Naedeen Goff, Murphy; his mother and
stepfather, Sandra and Dale Bailey, Seattle, Washington; 2
grandmothers, Mrs. Jean Hurd, Wilder, Mrs. Annie Goff, New
Plymouth, 3 brothers, Robert H. Goff, Melba, Frances D. Goff,
U.S. Army stationed in Germany, Joey Ramirez, Murphy; s
sister, Dena Goff and Teri Goff, both of Murphy. |
