Rosary devotions for Antonia
"Tony" Hetmer, 76, of Nampa, who died Sunday, Oct. 21, at a
Caldwell hospital, will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the
Alsip Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
The Rev. George Fahey of St. Paul's Catholic Church will
be the celebrant. Mass of the Christian Burial will be
celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Hetmer was born Nov. 16, 1907, at Weatherford, Texas,
to John and Frances Prachyl. She was reared and educated in
Texas.
She married Joseph Frank Hetmer on Nov. 7, 1933, at Ennis,
Texas. In 1938 they moved to Nampa where they started
farming. They farmed in the Lone Tree District on Ustick Road
near Nampa for 32 years. In 1972 they moved to Caldwell. In
1978 they moved to Marsing.
Mr. Hetmer died April 26, 1978. She later returned to
Nampa where she has since resided. She was a member of St.
Paul's Catholic Church in Nampa.
She is survived by five sons, John Hetmer, Chula Vista,
Calif., George Hetmer, El Cajon, Calif., Robert Hetmer, Spring
Valley, Calif., Eugene Hetmer, Marsing, and James Hetmer,
Nampa; three brothers, William Prachvl, Caldwell, Clem Prachyl,
Nampa, and Charles Prachyl, Linda Vista, Calif.; two sisters,
Mrs. Hattie Sedlacek, Nampa, and Frantiska Napoli, Seattle,
Wash.; 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, seven
step-grandchildren, 10 step-great-grandchildren and numerous
nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her
parents; one sister, Mary; four brothers, Henry, Rudy, George
and John; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Alsip Funeral Chapel until 9
tonight, and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. |
