 Am looking for my gg-grandparents, Thies & Catherine NAGEL. Thies b. abt 1813 Ger. Catherine b.abt 1830 Ger. She was listed in the 1870 census and a passenger list as "Wiebke". They were living in Davenport, IA. in 1870, he as a "miller" He was naturalized in 1876 in Scott co. In 1880, he was still listed as a "miller" in Muscatine co. census. Some of their children were: Henry Rudolph(b. 1855 Ger), John Danial (b. 1859 Ger), Louis(b. 1868 Ger), Bertha(b. 1870 IA). John & Henry owned a flour mill in Bushnell, ILL. in 1900. John marr. Jennie FICKE 1887 and Henry marr. her sister, Elizabeth FICKE in 1891 both marr's in Wheatland, IA. Have no trace of Thies or Catherine NAGEL after 1880. Note: Another Thies NAGEL m. a "Catharina" in Davenport,IA. in 1870 but he was a "carpenter". This was not my ancestor.

 I am seeking information about my grandfather, Ben L. SHEA. The family split up about 1933. His certificate of death lists his last residence as 320 West 3rd, Wilton Junction. He was born in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, a post in Outagamie county, January 10, 1890. His SSN is 483-10-0054. He was a feed salesman in his later years for a store in Wilton Junction. He was a veteran of WW I. The certificate was signed by Blanche Shea. Was this "his" wife? And where did she go after his death? He was interred in Oakdale Cemetery. How many years did he live there? I am truly hoping somone can help me? Is there anyone who knew him?

 My second great grandfather Johann Gottlieb Silberhorn (born December 5, 1860 and died September 7, 1903) is buried along with his wife Antoinette Schubach (born January 24, 1862 and died January 12, 1925) in Wildasin Cemetary just south of Wilton, Iowa, in northern Muscatine Cty. I also believe that their daughter Laura Silberhorn was buried there after her death in 1975. Laura was born Abt. 1893. Both Johann and Antoinette were German immigrants from South Germany.

 Seeking information on the family of Bendicht STABLER born in Swtizerland who was in Muscatine Muscatine IA in 1850. His wife was Maria STRAUCHEN. His son Jacob STAEBLER may have married first Jane RIADER in Charles City IA who may be realted to the RAIDERS in Muscatine IA in 1850. In 1860 I have only located son Frederick STEBLER who was a stage drive in Omaha, IT. In 1870 Jacob has married Martha LANDRY of Johnson Co IA and moved to Minden, Pottawattamie Co IA and Maria (STRACUHEN) STEBLER may be in Dubuque, IA. The oldest son Benedicht STABLER JR is said to have returned to Switzerland and I have no idea what became of another son John STABLER.  Looking for information on the family of William WEIKERT, who died in Moscow Township, Muscatine County in 1863. He arrived in this county from Germany (possibly Wuerttemburg) before 1850, as he appears in that census. His wife later remarried a STOOFER or STAUFER as his children appear with that family in the 1870 Census. I am descended from his son Henry, b. 1856, Moscow Township and am in contact with another researcher descended from son Conrad, b. 1854.
