Delaware County Lookups
Often times people have resources in their possession, such as books, family histories, platt books, etc., that they are willing to share with others.
If this description fits you, please contact Cindy
Koegel. The people who do lookups are volunteers. Please be specific when asking them for assistance and please be polite.
Volunteers are hard to come by.
There is a limit as to just how much work the volunteers can be expected to do for people requesting services.
Volunteers for Delaware County are instructed to do as much or as little as their time and resources allow.
Some people request an extraordinary amount of information. If it takes longer than a few minutes we can hardly expect volunteers to donate their time.
Some of them get deluged with requests. The key is to be very specific in asking questions.
Some volunteers are willing to negotiate to do more in-depth research. ANY WORK BEYOND SIMPLE REQUESTS IS OPEN FOR NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THE VOLUNTEER.
Volunteers are desperately needed to do lookups. Please email Cindy
Koegel where or how you would like to volunteer.

the Italian-American Cultural Center.
We have recently put all of the American Citizen Newspapers on CD. The holdings
cover the years 1923 through 1972. We would be happy to provide
look-ups.
