The Rush Cemetery is located on the old A. J. Braswell farm, at the west edge of Green Forest along highway 62 in the area where Jim's Drive-In is now located.

Klute Braswell writes "Mrs. Thenia Rush was a daughter of Joshua B. Stevens and Elizabeth 'Betty' Stevens who moved to Green Forest in 1883. Grandparents of Mrs. James Braswell (Elizabeth Frances Hubbs)."
