     Carl Marlyn Branden was born on 21 January 1940 at Audubon, Becker County, Minnesota.1,2 On 23 December 1995 Carl Marlyn Branden married Tracey Lynn Schur, daughter of Ronald Walter Schur and Lois Marilyn Lamb, at Audubon, Becker County, Minnesota.1,3 Carl Marlyn Branden died on 20 November 2004 at Fairview University Hospital, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, at age 64.1,2
     His obituary appeared on 23 November 2004 at The Forum and read as follows:
     
     "Marlyn Branden, 64, of Audubon, MN, died Saturday, November 20, 2004, at the Fairview University Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, Nov. 24 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Audubon, Reverend Ernest Geistfeld officiating. Casket bearers will be Ed Schmidt, Curt Ullrich, Doug Sletmoen, Larry Elton, John Fuglesten, and Gary Myers. Honorary bearers will be his Hawley Golden Riders and 4-H friends. Interment will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery.
     "Friends may call 4:00--8:00 PM Tuesday, with a prayer service at 7:00 PM, at the David-Donehower Funeral Home in Detroit Lakes and at the church one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
     "Carl Marlyn Branden was born January 21, 1940, in Audubon, MN, to Carl and Lizzie (Danielson) Branden. He was raised and educated in Audubon and is a 1968 graduate of Audubon High School. He married Patricia Kaatz in August, 1960, in Audubon. She died in 1981. He married Tracey Schur December 23, 1995, in Audubon. During his working life, he was employed by United Parcel Service, Haukedahl Trucking in Audubon, and Nelson Inter national in Fargo, ND. Marlyn retired in 2002.
     "Marlyn was a member of Immanuel Lutheran at Audubon, the Hawley Golden Riders Horse Club, Stable Mates 4-H Club and the N.R.A. He is a former member of the Audubon City Council, the Audubon Jaycees and the Cormorant Lakes Sportsman’s Club. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren; fishing, hunting and trapping, good stories, spirited conversation over a cup of coffee, gardening and hobby farming. He loved life and interacting with people.
     "Survivors include his wife, Tracey of Audubon; a son, Todd (Marla) of Audubon; two daughters, Tamara (Allen) Pesola of Lakeville, MN, Michaela of Audubon; four grandchildren, Branden, Calven, Nate and Victoria; two brothers, Duane (Connie) of Barnesville, MN, LaMoyne (Janice) of Greenbush, MN; two sisters, Carol Haukedahl of Lake Park, MN and Doris Kaatz of Detroit Lakes and his former father-in-law, Raymond Kaatz. In addition to his first wife, Patricia, he was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Larry and Dean."1

The funeral for Carl Marlyn Branden was held on 24 November 2004 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Audubon, Becker County, Minnesota.1 He was buried at the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Audubon, Becker County, Minnesota.1

     Knute K. Tweeten was born circa 1860 at Minnesota.3 He was born circa 1861 at Minnesota.4 He was born circa 1862 at Minnesota. 1920.5 He was born in June 1862 at Minnesota.6 On 4 September 1886 Knute K. Tweeten married Liv Rue, daughter of Olaf Rue and Jorand Johnsdatter, at Clay County, Minnesota.1,7 Knute K. Tweeten and Liv Rue were also reported married on 5 September 1886.8 Knute was a carpenter.8 In January 1920 Knute was a construction laborer.9 He died on 11 October 1929 at Clay County, Minnesota, at age 67.10 He died in a car accident on 12 October 1929 at age 67.11 He died on 19 October 1929 at age 67.8 He was incorrectly reported as dying on 8 November 1941 at Clay County, Minnesota.12 He was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota.13

     Omand Timrud was born on 6 January 1855.1 After 1900? Omand Timrud married Kari Olsdtr, daughter of Olaf Rue and Jorand Johnsdatter.1 Omand Timrud died on 16 September 1907 at age 52.1 He was buried at Scandia Lutheran Church Cemetery, Averill, Clay County, Minnesota.1
