The plaintiff in the above entitledaction complaining of the defendant alleges:

That the plaintiff and defendant intermarried at Telemarken, Norway, on or about the 3rd day of January 1880, and ever since have been and now are husband and wife; that the plaintiff is 32 years old and the defendant is 35 years old, and that the plaintiff now is and for seven years immediately preceding the commencement of this action has been a resident of the county of Clay and state of Minnesota.

And plaintiff upon her information and belief alleges: that the defendant did, on or about the 5th day of August 1891, commit adultery with a woman, whose name is to the plaintiff unknown, at the city of Moorhead in the stae of Minnesota.

And plaintiff further alleges, on her informatin and belief, that defendant, on divers days and at various times, between the 1st day of July 1891 and the commencement of this action, has committed adultery with a woman, whose name is to this plaintiff unknown, at the place above mentioned.

Plaintiff further alleges that each and all of said acts of adultery were committed without the consent, connivance, procurement or previous knowledge of plaintiff and that she has not lived or co-habited with the defendant since she became cognizant of the commission by the defendant of the several acts of adultery complained of.

That since said marriage, and for more than three years last past, the defendant has treated this plaintiff in a cruel and inhumane manner, by striking and beating her and applying to her vile and abusive epithets. That defendant during all of said three years has at frequent intervals got drunk and abused this plaintiff, and particularly on or about the 6th day of August 1891 the defendant got drunk and came to this plaintiff and abused her and applied to her vile and abusive epithets.

That the defendant is the owner of and in possession of the followingdescribed property, in the county of clay (finish typing this from photos of case). In 1892 Tone Kjetilsdtr Hagajordet 3d married Andrew O. Moen.³ Tone Kjetilsdtr Hagajordet 3d died on 8 December 1939 at Deschutes County, Oregon.⁴

     Oley C. Moen was born on 3 May 1883 at Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota.³ He was born on 3 May 1883 at Norway.^2,4 He was born circa 1884 at Minnesota.⁵ Circa 1906 Oley C. Moen married Nina Augusta Gustin.^6,5 In 1920 Oley was a miller at a flour mill.⁷ In 1930 Oley was a house carpenter.⁵ In 1940 Oley was a carpenter with an income of $1000.⁸ On 27 April 1942 Oley was employed by Austin & Co., general contractors, at Sand Point, Seattle, King County, Washington.³ He died on 15 August 1954 at Clarkston, Asotin County, Washington, at age 71.^9,1 He was buried at Normal Hill Cemetery, Division 4, Row 23, Lot 023, Grave 25, Lewiston, Nez Perce County, Idaho.¹⁰
