He served in the Army during World War II.Survivors are his widow. Dorothy; one daughter, Joan Youse of Wilmington. Del; three grandchildren; two brothers, Warren of Cloverdale. Mich., and Allan of Alexandria. Va; and his mother. Fannie Houghton, of Independence. Mo.
