A WW I event at a San Antonio RR Station.  The subjects are unidentified.  Possibly it is sandwiches she is dispensing though they look more like tacos or tamales.  I sort of doubt that Mexican foods had then penetrated the Germanic shell, but Dwight Eisenhower in one of his books talked about courting Mamie at the "Original," a  Mexican Restaurant in downtown San Antonio where they dined on the 35 cent Tejano dinner consisting of two tamales, an enchilada, rice, frijoles and tortillas with dulce for desert.  This was in a period a few years prior to WW I.
