Numbering systems are by their very nature, hard to understand at first, but to be powerful, must be multipart, and upgradeable in their design. The system I am considering using, is based on systems used in very large equipment installations which allow great flexibility as well as changes with time. The basic system can cover over several million items with out being too long or complicated.

From this example, My name and corresponding number will be: H536JG0000_ for Jack Glen Henderson.
This number can therefore give us the Surname from the surname table below, the first and second initials, and the lineal number of the person's name of people with the same surname, first and second initial.

This list will expand each time we get a new type of file to display. A number will be appended to end of the identifier if multiple documents are found for the same type of document for the same person.
Where a letter is to be used for an initial, and we do not have the initial, the # sign will be inserted to keep the spacing equal for the personal identifier.
These surnames have been found associated with the Abner Newton Henderson group. It is not all inclusive, as it is a sure bet that others will be found as we go. Additions will be made as found. This is long, but I think a two column table is of most use.
