Isaac Napoleon Horton, a son of Jasper and Lavica A. (Benson) Horton, was born in NC in may 1878 and died in Fannin County GA in 1949. He married mary Elizabeth Buck. Mary, a daughter of John C.R. and Talitha C. Buck, was born in White County TN in 1876 and died in Fannin County GA in 1949.

William Theodore Horton, a son of Isaac Napoleon and mary Elizabeth (Buck) Horton, was born in Fannin County GA April 12, 1905 and died in Summit County OH in 1978. He married Edith Naomi Elrod in Harlan County. Edith, a daughter of Robert and Ruth Magdalena (Crawford) Elrod, was born in Knox County TN April 21, 1916.

Dortha, a daughter of Huey Crawford and Ethel (Jarvis) Hicks, was born in Calhoun County WV February 26, 1936.
