Gay, was born in Bath County February 19, 1837. She married Fleming K.

Brinkley in Lewis County VA March 10, 1857. Fleming, a son of Robert and

Elizabeth (Kezzier) Brinkley, was born in Bath County VA December 15,

1826. He came to Lewis County VA in 1856.

Known children of Fleming K. and Margaret Ann (Gay) Brinkley.

Angeline Sophronia Godfrey. Angeline, a daughter of William Jackson and

Sarah (McCord) Godfrey, was born in Lewis County VA (WV) August 7,

1858 and died February 28, 1931.

Muriel Gay, a daughter of Robert N. and Angeline Sophronia (Godfrey)

Gay, died January 15, 1958. She married Parley Russell Williams December

30, 1908. Russell, a son of John B. and Olive (McNemar) Williams, was

born in Braxton County WV December 28, 1880 and died in Lewis County WV

October 14, 1968.
