Name Variation Marie Tessier was also found as Marie Tesnier.2 Marie Texier,  as Marie Grenier.4 and as Marie Tevier, or Marie Tenier.3
Birth circa
 26 April 1613		 Marie was born circa 26 April 1613 at St-Jacques, d'Angers, Anjou, Pays de Loire, France. The concensus of opinion is that her parents were Mathurin Tessier and Charlotte Marchais, but an alternative is suggested by Thomas Edworthy as Jacques TESSIER and Geneviève CAMARET.5
 
Marriage #1 circa May 1634 Marie Tessier married Mathurin Bergevin, son of  **Francois Bergevin/Langevin and Jeanne Syret, circa May 1634. This marriage is not dated, however it was between other acts dated 7 April 1634 and 3 July 1634.  Tho' Hole gives the date as 3 July 1634 in St. Jacques parish of the bishopic of Angus. Could that be Anjou? I believe this is susposed to read Angers in the region of Anjou.3,4

Marriage #2 27 May 1638 Marie Tessier married Mathurin Charbonnier 27 May 1638 in St-Jacques, Angers, Anjou, Pays de Loire, France.6  
Death 26 Nov 1668 Marie died on 26 November 1668. ALERT: some fgs on the web have her dying in Missouri, USA. This is extremely doubtful.7
