Baptism 26 May 1760 Caspar may have been baptized on 26 May 1760 at Belmsheim, Baden, Germany.1

Marriage 9 September 1781 Caspar Feldmann, 21 years old, married Kathanna Elisabetha Hausler, who was 21 years old, daughter of Michael Hausler and Eva Kathanna Roller, 9 September 1781 in Heidelsheim, Bruschal, Baden, Germany. The work done by Charles Hall, a paid researcher gives a date of 1781 while Bauer gives 1785. Marriage could have been in Heidlesheim or Helmsheim. They had several other children than died very young in addition to the children that are followed further.1,2,3

1800 About 1800 he built a house at Helmsheim, Germany.2

He was a peasant, a citizen and member of the Reformed Church in Helmsheim.1



This house sits on the village square in Helmsheim.  It was the home of a Feldman who the the "mayor" at one time.  This house is about the correct age and there fore it is likely that the home that Casper built was like this.  Note the internal entrance to take carts, carriages and animals into the interior of the building.

It was raining the day that we visited.  This is our group in front of the house.
Death 13 Nov 1815 Caspar died on 13 November 1815 at Helmsheim,  Bruchsal, Baden at Germany at age 55.1,2,3

Caspar Feldmann is buried in Helmsheim at Baden, Germany.1  Remember:  The cemeteries in Germany are RE-USED, therefore you are not likely to find a grave or marker.
