Obit, John Harney Jr, 1940. States the old family home burned down about 1900, but was rebuilt. John Jr. was educated at Old St. Mary's when it was located
on the South Side of San Francisco, and was a member of Odd Fellows Lodge of LaGrange. He was clerk for the school board in Jacksonville for many years.
