Thomas Silas Gore was married three times and had 22 children. These pictures are of Thomas Silas and his 3rd wife, Margaret Ann, their children, and his children from his 2nd marriage. Thomas Silas & Margaret Ann along with the children, and his brother James came from Alabama to Arkansas about 1880 leaving his oldest son in Ironsdale, Alabama.

Gore was found behind a picture that hang over one of his son’s bed.
It was found by his granddaughter. The pictures were in very poor
shape. She took them to a photographer that repaired them to
get the good picture we have today.
