Floyd Adarion Ashmore, 69, died Saturday, Sept. 16, at Scott & White Hospital in Temple.
 
Services were Monday, Sept. 18, at Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wesley Jones officiating. Burial was in Ireland Cemetery.
 
Mr. Ashmore was born Feb. 8, 1926, in Lott, the son of George W. and Martha Anne Rambo Ashmore. He was a truck driver for many years. He was married to Dorothy Walsleben on May 4, 1951, in Hamilton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving at the end of World War ll.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, G.W. "Bo" Ashmore; and three sisters, Edna Sault, Miriam Sandefer and Eudena Webb.
 
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Ashmore of Jonesboro; two sons, Ronnie Ashmore of Bonifay, Fla., and Paul Ashmore of Jonesboro; a daughter, Karen Ashmore of Shafter, Calif; four sisters, Velma Woods and Ruby Webb, both of Hamilton, Edith Moore of Gustine and Bobbie Farmer of Carrolton; a brother, Gene Ashmore of Hamilton; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
 
Pallbearers were R. G. Ashmore, Jason Pratt, Jimmy Williamson, Larry Tyler, Nathan Tyler and Wesley Wolfe.
 
Memorials may be made to the Ireland Cemetery or an organization of choice.

Henry Thomas Bailey, 78, died Friday, Sept. 20, at Hamilton Nursing Home.
 
Services were Sunday, Sept. 22, at Riley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Ireland Cemetery.
 
Mr. Bailey was born April 9, 1918, in Hamilton County, the son of Henry D. and Jennie Pearl Faubion Bailey. He was a farmer/laborer and a Baptist.
 
Survivors include a sister, Jessie Voss of Bryan; and a brother, Robert Lee Bailey of Hamilton.

FAUBION, MARY RUTH (WILLIAMS)

Mary Ruth Faubion, 87, of Gatesville, died Friday, July 31.

Services were Monday, August 3 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wesley Jones officiating. Burial was in the Ireland Cemetery.

Mrs. Faubion was born April 26, 1911, in Ireland, the daughter of Charley and Zola McCorkle Williams. She was reared in Ireland and graduated from Ireland High School in 1929 as valedictorian of her class. She married Joe C. Faubion on Oct. 15, 1946. He preceded her in death in 1973.

She moved to Gatesville from Ireland in 1978. She was a Sunday School teacher and a member of the United Methodist Women. She was an active volunteer for more than 15 years at the Senior Citizens Center. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gatesville.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Richmond of San Antonio; a son, James T. (Tom) Faubion of Gatesville; three sisters, Adelia Kight of Bentley, LA., Jessie Christian of Hamilton and rosa Belle Miller of Gatesville; a brother Troy Williams of Ireland; and five grandchildren, Jason Scott Faubion, Shelly Dawn Faubion, and Carrie Leigh Faubion of Gatesville; and Matthew David Richmond and Robert Joseph Richmond of San Antonio.

Pallbearers were nephews Carl Abt, Gary Christian, Glenn Christian, Roy Christian, Wayne Hill and David Miller.

Memorials may be made to the Ireland Cemetery Association.
