EDDIE WAYNE HURST

Eddie Wayne Hurst, 58, of Hamilton and former longtime resident of Lewisville, died Jan. 30, 2003 in Monroe, La. Funeral services were held Feb. 3 at the First United Methodist Church in Lewisville with burial in Old Hall Cemetery. Rev. Paul Sackett officiated at the service.

He was born Aug. 4, 1944 in Denton, the son of James Henry and Ruby Wilson Hurst. He owned Hurst Insurance Agency in Lewisville for many years.
Mr. Hurst was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Harold Hurst.

Survivors include his nephew, Joey Wayne Hurst; nieces, Daphne Hurst and J’Lane Hurst and a sister-in-law, Naoma Hurst.

The family requests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
