GRAYVILLE BAPTIST CHURCH
1899-1907
The Grayville Baptist Church was admitted to Hamilton
County Baptist Association on 18 August, 1899, and continued to serve
its community until it dissolved in 1907. Randolph Hunter "Randall" Gibson was
pastor in 1899 and Church Clerk was T. L. Hodges when services were
held once a month for the membership of forty-seven people. It is highly
probable that the services of Grayville Baptist Church were held in
Grayville School. A. J. Leach
