THE J. H. WILSON FAMILY

Grandpa Wilson ran the Blacksmith shop as far back as I can remember. He and his son, Will, also ran a grocery store where the Petty store burned earlier. Often when I as a boy would pass the shop, Grandpa would say, "Boy are you going to the Post Office? If so, would you please fetch my mail? "  I liked his coigned [sic] English. The old Wilson house still stands next to my home on Main St.

The Wilson children were Jim, John, Thomas, Will, and Maymee, Mrs. Steve Gardner--all deceased.
