deeply consecrated and served the Lord fearlessly and unhesitatingly. After resigning his position at the mission, he was called to be the pastor of Coryell Church.

The depression and general condition of the time and the world, had caused the population everywhere to drift away from the country and the church suffered from this. Here the population was sparser, the congregation was smaller and the baptisms are fewer.

Brother Sims conducted a revival in 1951 and did the preaching himself, and Brother Justice Anderson, pastor of Osage Church at that time did the evangelistic work for the meeting in 1952. Brother Sims baptized the following:

Hudson Beaty

Henrietta Green

Cleone Holt

Mrs. Henry Mahon

Brother Sims preached his last sermon for Coryell in 1952. The church invited different ministers to preach from Sunday to Sunday.

Reverend Miller F. Robinson

Brother Robinson was born in Gatesville, Texas, January 2, 19_4. He was the youngest son of Tom L. Robinson and Inez Boyd [Edith Inez] Robinson.
