Esther Belcher, 88, of Mount Vernon, Wash., died Monday,
April 25, 1990, at Skagit Valley Hospital.
She was born March 2, 1902, in Hamilton, the daughter of
James Edward and Nora Jane [Summers]
Redden. [She married Tom A. Anderson on May 12,
1918, Hamilton County Marriage Bk 7 page 231.]
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles
Belcher.
She is survived by three children from a previous
marriage, Jim Anderson of Bellingham, Vera Pack of Waco and Lorene
Sanderson of Cumby, Tx.; a brother, Alvie Redden of Grand Junction,
Colo.; a sister, Allie Wiggins of Loraine; 15 grandchildren; 32 great
grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren. She was preceded in
death by a brother, Dude Redden and a sister, Hazel Timmons.
At her request, no services were held. Creamation was at
Hawthorne Lawn Memorial Park.
