building was constructed about 1873. It is a two-story building, built
of rock, now having one entrance, formerly with two entrances-one of
which was a stairway leading from the outside to the upper story. The

T. Claunch. The land was deeded by Dr. Stout, who constructed the

Livingston, Alta Couch, Margaret Smith and Elton Smith.
Frank Craig is principal of the school. She is teaching her third term.
Pupils in her room are as follows: Kenneth Key, Jr., Bill Key, Bethel
Jeffrey, Bob Shipman, Lawrence Kruger, Mark Kruger, Cecil Baker, Bill
Berry, Norma Key, Juanita Seward, J. D. Jeffrey, Maurine Cozby, Nadine
Kruger, Pauline Kruger and Louise Jeffrey.
school is directed by three trustees. They are as follows: K. C. Key,
Charlie Cozby and R. P. Kruger.
