DEWBERRY, IRBY, SR. Last Will and Testament dated Jan. 8, 1816; probated Feb 5,1816. Gives all his estate to his wife, MARY, for her
lifetime or widowhood, then to be divided between children, ELIZABETH, wife of BENJAMIN WYNNE, FRANCES wife of CLEMENT WYNNE,
the three daughters of SARAH WYNNE, dec’d., former wife of PETER WYNNE, viz. NANCY, ELIZABETH and FRANCES WYNNE; POLLIE
DARDEN, THOMAS DEWBERRY, JOHN DEWBERRY and JAMES DEWBERRY. Says he gives no legacy to his three grandsons, the sons of
SARAH WYNNE, dec’d., "as they are able to make their own way." Executors: son-in- law, BENJAMIN WYNNE, and son-in-law, WILLIAM
