  The Waycross Abstract and Guarantee Company of Waycross, Ga., Which is incorporated with an authorized capital of $50,000, is one of the most important organizations in Waycross or Ware County.

     The officers are Geo. W. Deen, State Senator and Owner of the Deen Reality and Improvement Company. President: H. H. Burnet, secretary and treasurer.  Myers & Parks are attorneys for the incorporation.  The board of directors include George W. Deen, J. T. Myers, Judge of the City Court of Waycross and senior member of the law firm of  Myers & Parks, law partner of Judge Myers, and v. G. Schreck, an abstract expert of Savannah, Ga.

     This corporation abstracts titles and guarantees on all realty in Waycross and Ware County at a reasonable fee.  The company’s work is thorough in every respect.  They have the co-operation of Clerk of the Superior Court E. J. Berry, who is familiar with all the land titles of the county, through his painstaking management of the office which the people has chosen to retain him in for so many years.

     The company has at great expense carefully abstracted all the titles of Waycross and Ware County and in addition thereto have gotten all the outside information possible that would have any bearing on the titles to the land in this, Ware County.

     The individuality of this corporation is a representation of monied men who have large financial holdings at their command.
