I would like to know if anyone knows what the connection might be of Middleton CURITHERS to the LOCKLIN, ZACHRY, HAYGOOD, DILLARD or TREADWELL families. When I visited the LOCKLIN Cemetery in Walton Co., this is the only grave of which I could not make a connection. In browsing all the listings on the Walton Co. Rootsweb Page, I have found only 1 other with the a different spelling - CARITHERS. It is the listing of John R. CARITHERS, 1818-1908, in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Monroe on Spring Street. Middleton CURITHERS was the son of J.R. and M.E CURITHERS, born 1853 and died in infancy.
