twelve-months support for Demarious Ledford out of the estate of Porter Ledford,

brands, station, age and color of a certain heifer this day exhibited to us as

an estray by WB Ingram to wit:  Red, three years old, overbit in each ear,

swallow fork in right and crop in left, bob-tailed, small white spot in front of

Personally appeared before me WB Ingram, who upon oath says that the marks and

description of the above estray are correct and have not been altered or

Petition of Wm. Davis, Administrator of estate of James Gurley, Sr., decd, shows

to the court that Boyd Gurley is indebted to said estate about $450, that your

petitioner considers the collection of said debt doubtful and uncertain and

inasmuch as said Boyd Gurley has proposed to pay to petitioner the sum of $200

as a compromise of said debt and your petitioner believing that the acceptance

of said sum is for the best interest of the estate, he prays the granting of an

order allowing him to accept said $200 in full payment of said debt.  William

 Petition of EW Butt shows the following facts.  TJ Butt, the former guardian of

the property of Albert E. and Edgar Butt, minor heirs of John G. Butt, deceased,

died on the 6th of March, 1895 and there left said minor’s property situated in

this county without any legal representation.  The above minors having reached

the age of fourteen years, have the right to choose their guardian and have

chosen petitioner to represent them as their guardian.

 Request that he be appointed Guardian of the property of the minor heirs for

the special purpose of disposing of the perishable property of said minors.

day of November 1894, leaving no property, but at the time of her death was a

Wylie Queen adjudged a pauper lunatic and committed to the Lunatic Asylum at

Milledgeville, Ga., and ordered that he be confined in the county jail until he

extra services in the interest of said estate and incurred the following

furnished waggon and team for 3 ½ days for which they ask to be paid 60 cents a

day each for each day’s work and 50 cents each day for waggon and team for

hauling hogs, 75 cents to JJ Garlin’s paper for appraisement, 15 cents notes, 5
