3. FRED CHARLES SEEGER (JACOB) was born March 01, 1880 in Old Ripley (BOND CO) II, and died August 23, 1963 in New Douglas IlI. He married MINNIE BELL PETERSON, July 31, 1901, daughter of DAVID PETERSON and HESTER RAY. She was born July 12, 1883 in Old Ripley, lll, and died June 1971 in New Douglas IIl.
