Know all men by these presents that we LAMUEL ATKINSON and JANE ATKINSON, late JANE ANDREWS, doth hereby give and grant and by these presents do give grant and confirm unto WILLIAM ANDREWS, SUSANNAH W. ARNOLD, WIATT ANDREWS, JACOB W. ANDREWS, NANCY ANDREWS AND AVE P. ANDREWS the heirs of GARNETT ANDREWS all that part of the land and estate of the said deceased that we are interested in or may be here after interested in in any manner whatever. We the above named LEMUAL and JANE ATKINSON do hereby renounce all rights and title or claim to or in the said tract of land lying in the aforesaid county and on the waters of Grove Creek to the above named _________ and will warrant and defend the said land from the claim of all and any persons whatsoever claiming warranty with our hand and seal this 30th day of December 1815.

Barring only the privilege of reaping crop of wheat sown previous to marriages.
