Georgia-Bibb County-Know all man by these present that John G. Raines, Cadwell W. Raines,

Nathaniel Raines, James W. Alston, Finly Holmes, Edmond Raines, Joseph J. Carson, Risdon

Moore, Thos. A. Raines and Sarah Raines of divers countys for and consideration of the sum of

Eighteen hundred Dollars in hand paid the receipt when of-unto hereby acknowledges have

bargained and sold and by their presents do bargain and sell unto Smiley Seabrook of the county of

Jones and state aforesaid certain lots of land situated the ninth district of Jones county known and

distinguished by lots No. section sixty seven (66, & 67) in said county of Jones and state aforesaid

by estimation containing two hundred two and a half acres each be the same more or less the lines

and boundries as follows bounded north by lot sixty eight and sixth by no. sixty five and wide by

these presents warrant and forever defend for ourselves our heirs executors and assignors warrant

and defend the said lot of land untl that said Smiley Seabrook and his heirs and assigners forever in

fee simple in testimony whereof we do here unto set our hands and seals this 29th day of January

1835
