Eugenia Lacy

     Mrs. Eugenia Lacy, 75, died Thursday at Route 2, Commerce following a
heart attack.  She had been in ill health for a long time.  She was born in Banks
County on December 15, 1874 and was a member of the Grove Level Baptist
Church.  Funeral services were held at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon from the
Grove Level Baptist Church, the Rev. C.C. Tooke officiating.  Interment was
in the churchyard.  Sanders Funeral Home directors in charge.  (5-17-1950)

     In addition to her husband, Calvin Lacy, she is survived by four sons, Otis Lacy,
Oddis, Roy and Clarence Lacy of Commerce; two daughters, Mrs. Blanche Allen
of Mich., Mrs. Lonnie Kitchens of Commerce and 22 grandchildren.
