Mary Jo Bradberry, 50 Route 2, Crooked Creek Road, died Tuesday, May 8, 1984. 

A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Bradberry had lived in the Athens area for most of her life. She was a daughter of the late O. E. and Lottie Wallace Epps and was a member of Crooked Creek Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 5 p.m. at the Chapel of Bernstein Funeral home with the Revs Bill Carpenter, Ron Bigers and Larry Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in Athens Memory Gardens.

Survivors include her husband, Elmer Bradberry; two daughters, Deborah Holiday, Athens and Susan Woodall, Goldsboro, N. C.; two sons, Jeff Bradberry and Mark Bradberry, Athens; two sisters, Mrs. W. H. Dottery, Watkinsville, and Mrs. J. W. Norman, Athens; four brothers, W. J. Epps, Athens, T. J. Epps, Winterville, Oscar Epps Jr., and Ellis E. Epps, Athens; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

Pallbearers will be Chester Lee, Howard Hammond, Ronald Jordan, Lonnie Dean, Lindsey Fambrough and Ralph Stewart. 

Honorary pallbearers will be employees of General Time Corp. 

The family is at the residence and will receive friends from 7-9 tonight at the funeral home.
