Georgia              .    In the name of God Amen
Jackson County  I Levi Wallis of the State & County aforesaid
being very sick of body, but of sound mind & memory & knowing that is appointed for ?______________________ to be make ordaine this my last Will & testament, And or touching such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God, to help me in this life.  I give demise & dispose of in the following manner.
 

Item  ???   I give to my dearly beloved wife ?_______Jenny? Wallis the tract of land I now live on together with all my personal property after my debts are paid during her natural life & widowhood & at her death or marriage to be equally divided between my daughter Margaret & son Joshia, son Isiah C. Wallis together with all my debts to be by them ?____________.
 
Item 2  I also give to my said wife our lot of land in Early County known & distinguished by lot No 1st???_____

in the eight tenth? district this lot my said wife is to have the disposal of at anytime, But as before at her marriage or death, is to be equally divided amongst my three children above  named freely by them to be
?________, ratifying & confirming this to be my last will & testament.
 

Item 3  I also give to my daughter Elizabeth Moore?_____ the sum of five dollars.
 
Item 4  I also give to my son William Wallis children the sum of five dollars.
 
Item 5.  I also give to my son Thompson the sum of five dollars.
 
Item 6  I also give to my son Daniel the sum if five dollars  Signed, sealed & delivered in presence of us  ------ 17th day of December 1824.

duly sworn oath that they are subscribing witnesses to the above
foregoing will that they subscribe to as such at the request &
in  the presence of the testator & dep....___ they further say they believe he   was of sound mind at the time of doing the same.
