Sent from Fort Delaware, Delaware to Aiken's Landing, Virginia October 2, 1862. Exchanged there November 10, 1862. Transferred to Company C, 3rd Battalion Georgia Sharpshooters June 8, 1863. Captured at High Bridge, Virginia April 6, 1865. Released at Point Lookout, Maryland June 21, 1865.

Wallis, Madison ---- Private July 17, 1861. Died in 1864.

Walls, Arthur ---- Private August 13, 1862. Captured at Cold Harbor, Virginia June 1, 1864. Died at Point Lookout, Maryland August 25, 1864.

Watts, Morgan ---- Private July 17, 1861. Killed at Deep Bottom, Virginia August 16, 1864.

Wheeler, D. W. ---- Private November 1863.

Wheeler, S. T. ---- Private April 1863.

Wheeler, Thomas V. ---- Private July 17, 1861. Captured near Knoxville, Tennessee December 3, 1863. Released at Rock Island, Ill., on taking oath of allegiance to U. S. Government and enlisting in U. S. Army for frontier service, October 24, 1864, but was rejected.
