Inferior Court, sitting for ordinary purposes, March Term, 1835.
Present John T. Bentley, John A. Ellis, and John Williams, Justices.
Rules Nisi.--Whereas, Moses Tremble, administrator of Hannah Lovvon, deceased,
having petitioned the court for letters of dismission from said
administratorship,--it is ordered, That all persons concerned show cause, if any
exist, within the time prescribed by law, why said letters should not be
granted.
A true extract from the minutes. March 5, 1835.

Whereas, Robert Cagle, administrator on the estate of William Gurley, late of
said county, deceased, applies for letters of dismission from said estate,
These are, therefore to cite and admonish all and singular the kindred and
creditors of said deceased to be and appear at my office, within the time
prescribed by law, to show cause, if any exist, why said letters should not be
granted. Given under my hand at office, this 7th September, 1835.

Whereas, Thomas J. Rodgers, administrator on the estate of James C. Steel, late
of said county, deceased, applies for letters of dismission from said estate.
These are, therefore, to cite and admonish all and singular the kindred and

prescribed by law, to show cause, if any exist, why said letters should not be
granted.

Executor's Sale.-- On the first Tuesday in December next, will,
within the legal hours, be sold, before the court-house door in the town of
Macdonough, Henry county, lot of land number one hundred and thirty-five (except
fifteen acres) and one hundred acres of lot number one hundred and twenty-three
(having a gin-house on it) all in the second district of Henry county, and one
negro-man named Squire, all belonging to the estate of Parks W. Smith, late of
said county, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said
deceased. Terms made known on the day of sale. September 7, 1835.

Executor's Sale.-- Pursuant to an order of the court of ordinary
of Henry county will, on the first Tuesday in December next, within the legal
hours, be sold, before the court-house door in the town of M'Donough, Henry
county, lot of land number sixty-nine and one hundred and fifty acres of lot
number fifty-five (with a valuable grist mill on it) all in the twelfth district
of Henry county as part of the real estate of Britton M. Chapman, deceased.
Terms made known on the day of sale. Sep 7, 1835.-12 John Mosley, ex'or.
Executrix's Sale.--Pursuant to an order of the inferior court of
Henry county, when sitting for ordinary purposes, will, be on the first Tuesday
in December next, within the legal hours, be sold, before the court-house door
in the town of Macdonough, Henry county, the lot of land whereon Jesse Bowden,
deceased, formerly lived, in the twelfth district of Henry county, and one
negro-man named George, about forty years of age. Terms made known on the day of
sale. October 1, 1835.

Administrator's Sale.--Agreeably to an order of the Inferior
court of Henry county, when sitting for ordinary purposes will, on the first
Tuesday in January next, within the legal hours, be sold, before the court house
door, in the town of M'Donough, Henry county, a part of lots of land numbers one
hundred and fifty-seven, one hundred and sixty-three, one hundred and
sixty-four, in the third district of said county; and seven negroes, all
belonging to the estate of Samuel Johnson, deceased -- on the land, there is a
large Tan Yard, in good repair, containing a small stock of leather, (which
leather will be sold with the personal estate on Tuesday the second day of
December,) and a Gin House and Store House -- sold for the benefit of the heirs
and creditors. Terms made known on the day of sale. October 14th, 1835.

Administrator's Sale.-- On Friday, the 2d day of December next,
will, within the legal hours, be sold, at the lkate residence of Samuel Johnson,
deceased, in Henry county, all fo the personal property of said deceased,
consisting of the present Crop of Corn and Fodder, and about fifteen or twenty
thousand pounds of Cotton in the seed, a large quantity of leather of various
kinds well tannned, and the stock of leather in tan (with permission to work it
out in the yards,) an ox wagon and cart, some farming utensils, &c. -- sold for
the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased. The sale to continue
from day to day until all shall have been sold. Terms made known at the sale.

Four Months after date, application will be made to the inferior court of Henry
county, when sitting for ordinary purposes, for leave to sell lot of land number
twenty-two in the seventh district of Henry county, for the benefit of the
orphans of William Henly, deceased. Sept. 7, 1835.-12 David Kuglar, guardian.
Four Months after date, application will be made to the
inferior court of Henry county, when sitting for ordinary purposes, for leave to
sell the lands and negroes belonging to the estate of Samuel Johnson, late of
said county, deceased. July 28, 1835.

Executor's Sale.
Georgia, Campbell County -- In pursuance of the last will of George M. Dodd,
deceased, on the first Tuesday in November next, will be sold at the Court-house
door in Fairburn, in said county, within the lawful hours of sale, fifty acres
of land in the southeast corner of lot of land number one hundred and
thirty-three, in the thirteenth district of originally Henry, but now Campbell
county. Sold as the property of George M. Dodd, deceased, for the benefit of the
heirs and creditors of said deceased. Terms cash. This October 6th, 1879.

The Weekly Constitution, Atlanta, GA. October 21, 1879
Under and by Virtue of an order of the Honorable Court of Ordinary of Fulton
county, Georgia. I will sell before the courthouse door in Atlanta, on Tuesday,
November the 4th, 1879, within the legal hours of sale, a portion of city lot
No. 11, of land lot No. 54 of the 14th District of originally Henry, now Fulton
county, bounded northeast by M. Lynch, 78 feet; southeast by J. J. Tolbert,
[part of city lot 12] 60 feet; southwest by portion of said city lot 11?,
belonging to the Doyle estate, 78 feet, and northwest by Traynham, Geise & Ray,
60 feet. Sold as the property of the estate of Bridget Doyle, deceased, for the
benefit of creditors. Terms - Half cash, balance four months, with interest at
one per cent per month.
