Full Title: AN
ACT to incorporate the Pleasant Grove Academy, in the county
of Henry, and to appoint Trustees for same.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is
enacted by authority of same, That Garry Grice, Cornelius
McCarty , William Griffin, John W. Poyner, William Ellis,
Woodson Hybbard, and Henry J. Williams, be and they are
hereby appointed Trustees, they or their successors in office
shall be and are hereby, declared to be a body corporate
by the name of the Trustees of Pleasant Grove Academy, with
the privilege of using a common seal.
