I Benj. Mill for the County of Liberty have this day fully authorized Mr. John Moore of the County of Newton to take out the grant and said Moore is fully at liberty________________person of the _________ of land lying in Henry County, 1st District, 125 acres ________one Jake/John (?)Mill in the last Land Lottery.

Additional Comments:

This very old document has been put together from small fragments and many pieces are missing. Very little information contained.  I thought perhaps the few names mentioned and the date of 1822 might help document a person for the time period.
