MICAJAH JONES of Newton County, Georgia
purchased 140 acres of lan in Newton County for $1,800.00
from WILLIAM GREEN JONES of Henry County.
Legal Description: North half of Lot 68….12 th
District of Newton County,
totaling 101 ¼ acres and 40 acres of Lot 92…..12th
District of Newton County……bounded
as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner and running
north 90 rods to the Decatur Road, then north along said
road 70 rods to a rock corner, then west 511/2 rods to the
Atlanta Road, then east along said road to its intersection
with the Decatur Road, then north 60 feet, then east 100
feet, south 60 feet to the original line, then east to the
beginning.
