Personally in court - & were duly sworn an Executorship of said will
The petition of Thomas W. Burton, Ambrose Jones, Elijah Friney, Susannah 
Wright and Amanda Reynolds sheweth that James N. Wright Executor of the last 
will & testament of Abednago Wright - deceased is mismanaging said estate in 
this to wit - that he has failed to make the regular returns as executor 
aforesaid that he is wasting said Estate has refused to make distribution of 
said estate - Whereupon it is ordered that the said James N. Wright appear 
at this Court on the fourth Monday in March in March next to shew cause why 
he should not security or be dismissed from said estate as executor and that 
a copy of this order be sworn upon the said Wright - twenty days before said 
Court.
