Upon the application of Thomas Pugh executor of the last will and testament 
of Abel Pugh dec'd ordered that Eli Peavy, Daniel Muse, Alston Loyd, John 
Arnold Jr. and Ambrose Jones be and they are hereby appointed appraisers of 
the personal estate of Abel Pugh dec'd - and that they or a majority of them 
be authorized to appraise the same according to Law.
