Know all men by these presents, that I John Berry in consideration of the love & natural affection which I bear towards my Grand children Elbert & Burwell Collier sons of Margaret Collier the following negro boy named Turner unto the said Elbert & Burwell Collier, and if either of these Grand Sons of mine should die before they arrive to the age of twenty one the other Grand Son to have all, unto them and their heirs forever.
