Last Will And Testament Of S.B. Jones
I S.B. Jones Of Said State And County Being Of Sound And Disposing Mind And Memory Do Make This My Last Will And Testament Hereby Revoking All Wills Here To Fore Made By Me.
Item 1 I Desire And Direct After My Death That My Body Be Buried In A Nice And Decent Manner And That My Soul May Return To God Who Gave It.
Item 2 I Wish My Executors As Soon As Possible After My Death To Pay Me Debts, If A Sale Of Property Shall Be Necessary I Wish Them To Select For Sale That Which Can Be Most Advantageously Used For That Purpose And I Authorize Them To Sell The Same At Public Or Private Auction Sale As They May See Fit.
Item 3 I Desire After All My Debts Is Paid That I Give To My Beloved
Wife Eliza J. Jones All My Property Personal And Real Consisting Of
Land, Stock, Wagon, And Buggy, Also All My Money, And Debts, If It
Should Have Any On Hand At That Time.
I Also Wish My Wife Eliza J. Jones To Control And Manage The Farm
And Other Property And Have A Support Off Of The Proceeds Of The
Same
Item 4 I Desire That After The Death Of My Wife Eliza J. Jones That All
My Estate Be Equally Divided Between All My Heirs At Law
To Wit. Warren Jones, Mrs. Olea Green, John Jones, Charlie Jones,
Laura Ivey, Robert Jones, Amanda Jones.
Item 5 I Do Hereby Appoint My Son Charlie Jones And Son In Law Homer Jones Executors Of This My WillInstestimony Where Of I Have Hereto Set My Hand This The 8th Day Of April 1909 S.B. Jones
Signed And Published By S.B. Jones As His Last Will And Testament In The Presence Of The Undersigned Who Subscribe Our Names Hereto As Witnesses At The Instance And Request Of The Testator And In His Presence And In The Presence Of Each Other, This The 28th Of April, 1909
