J. Henry Yarbrough Dies, Funeral To Be Conducted Thursday.

� �J. Henry Yarbrough, 78, a life-long resident of Floyd County, died Tuesday at 10 a.m. at his residence in Armuchee, following an illness of four years. � Born in Floyd County, Aug 18, 1886, he was the son of the late John D. and Margaret Caldwell Yarbrough.� He was a retired employee of the Etowah Heading Co. and a member of the New Armuchee Baptist Church. � Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Lillie Griswell, to whom he was married 55 years; one daughter, Mrs. P. A. (Louise) Young of Dallas; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Crozier of Rome, Mrs. Elsie Gaddis of Plains; Mrs. M Z (Ida) Stansell of Adairsville. ?? grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. � Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 3 p.m. in the New Armuchee Baptist Church with the Rev. E. S. Morris officiating.� Interment will be in Armuchee Cemetery. � The following will serve as pallbearers: C. L. Hicks, Talmadge Davis, Ernest Perry, Jim Landers, Jack Maxey, Hugh Grigsby.� The body will lie in state at the Henderson-Frazier Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today.� The body will be moved to the church Thursday at 2 p.m. to lie in state until the service.
