SHERIFF WATTS DIES
B. H. Watts, sheriff of Gordon County, died suddenly Thursday, at his home in Calhoun. The sheriff was well-known in Floyd and had many friends. He was a
candidate for re-election in the Gordon primary of March 12. He was a man of fine physique and was apparently in good health, but dropped dead just after he
had eaten a hearty dinner. He is survived by his widow, four daughters, and one son.
