Mrs. Watkins
Mrs. Ethel Broome Watkins, 88, 905 Oakland Ave., died Sunday evening at her residence.
Mrs. Watkins was a life-long resident of Floyd County, born April 22, 1904, daughter of Francis Marion Broome and Mary Henderson Broome. She was a member of Pleasant Valley South Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse M. Watkins.
Survivors include: nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be (at) 2 p.m. Tuesday at East View Cemetery with the Rev. Floyd Battles officiating.
