Frank Oliver Ward, age 64, of Rome, passed away July 27, 1999. Mr. Ward was born Dec. 18, 1934 in Carroll County. He was preceded in death by his parents, John P. and Ethel Puckett Ward. A private memorial service was held. Freeman Harris Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
