Body of Aged Man Burned To A Crisp
Calhoun. April 1. The body of Abe Greeson was discovered in a ditch near his
home burned to a crisp. As there was no one with him at the time, it is not
known how the accident happened, but it is supposed that while he was burning
briers on a ditch his clothing caught fire and he was overcome with heat and
succumbed to the flames.
Mr. Greeson was 88 years of age. He leaves a number of relatives and friends.
The interment took place Saturday at Corinth.
