Mr. Green
Herman W. Green, 70, of 118 Russell Field Road, died Sunday at a Rome hospital.
Mr. Green was born September 13, 1926, son of the late Willie C. Green and Leila Burnes Green. He was of the Baptist faith and an Army veteran.
Survivors include his widow, Helen R. Green, to whom he was married October 9, 1943; a daughter Gwennette Alexander, Adairsville; three sons, Ricky Green, Randy Green and Eddie T. Green, all of Rome; two brothers, Hoyt Green and Varnell Green, both of Rome; six grandchildren; a stepgrandchild; a great-grandchild; a stepgreatgrandchild; nieces.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at East View Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Loyd officiating.
