Mrs. Mary Ruth Galloway, age 79, of Cave Spring, GA., passed away Sunday, February 28, 1999. Mrs. Galloway was born
November 7, 1919 in Polk County. She was a member of Community Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband
Olin Jefferson Galloway in 1989. Surviving are; one son, Wayne Galloway of Forrest Park, GA.; four daughters, Barbara Wheeler
of Cave Spring, GA.; Brenda Watson of Rome, GA.; Janie McConnell of Young Harris, GA.; and Gwendlyn Camp of Cedartown, three
brothers, Rufus Williams, Clifford Williams, and Seals Williams, all of Cedartown; five sisters, Bobbie Norris and Shirley
Barber, both of Cedartown; Patsy Pike and Wilhilminia Gann, both of Carrollton, Ga.; and Edna Rogers of Rockmart, GA.; seven
grandsons, three granddaughters, and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, March 2, 1999 from
the chapel of Lester Litesey Funeral Home with the Rev. Owen Davis, Jr. officiating. Interment followed in Polk Memory
Gardens. Pallbearers included Jeff Wheeler, Bradley Wheeler, Chris Camp, Todd Watson, Shawn Ivey, and Casey McConnell. Lester
C. Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
